Roman's Bistro is not a classic cafe and not a pizzeria, but a snack. He's got it. I've never got a good carving plate in a restaurant like here. The pizza and pasta are also very good. My wife was inspired by the Calamari cellar. The prices are fair and there is a very cozy atmosphere. Roman's Bistro is always well visited by locals with whom you can quickly talk. Roman itself is the passion for his task. He seems to have developed into a soul of Hunderdorf and that's good. There is no full score due to opening hours. This is sometimes a bit annoying but if it's not different to organize, then you just have to judge.
