Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Humboldt

I visited this location last week and found it quite empty, with no one waiting behind me. However, the young lady at the front counter seemed impatient and annoyed while I was looking over the menu. I've noticed that another customer had similar complaints about her in their review. Unfortunately, she rolled her eyes at me and gave off a dismissive attitude. There was really no reason for her to rush me when there was no one waiting to order behind me. While I think she could benefit from finding a different job, it seems she hasn't learned from previous feedback given, including the review I read. Overall, her behavior was unnecessary, and after this experience, I don't think I'll be returning to this Dairy Queen.

At around 5 o'clock today, I placed an order from a large server. My food arrived on time, but unfortunately, the experience was marred by the behavior of the server at the next register, Prisha. She appeared visibly frustrated, slammed her hands on the counter, and argued with the customers she was serving. While she often has a less-than-friendly demeanor, today it reached a whole new level. If she's there next time, I think I'll take my business elsewhere.

We've been regulars at Big Milk Queen for years, despite living 45 minutes away!

Who loves ice cream? even though you make yourself kind of expensive. I mean, her ice is good, but ive still have a good burger from the milk queen.

Best burgers and onion rings in town! Love their blizzards. They would get five stars but unfortunately they lose two stars (and A LOT of my business) for not having a drive-thru.
