I have tried calling seven times to place a pick-up order, but no one is answering the phone. I'm puzzled—do you not want my business?
I had a great experience at this restaurant! The staff were friendly, and the food was fresh. I particularly appreciated the service from Perla at the front; she was respectful and attentive, getting my order just right. I would definitely recommend this place—10/10! Thank you to the manager as well.
At this location, the fries are always soggy and cold even when I request extra cook time and ask them nicely for extra crispy fries. On the contrary, they overcook the boneless wings, and it's like bitting into tree bark.
My food was old. My food was cold. My fries were dark and unseasoned. I keep giving this location a chance and it be a hit or miss. I know Shaq would be disappointed.
UNEDIBLE. Completely revolting. The wings were drier than desert sand. The fries were oily and stale, especially after spending $50. When you prepare this food, do you honestly think you would eat it? No? Then why serve it to others? It’s baffling. Now I can’t get a refund. So frustrating.
