However, the se... read more I visited the restaurant for a meal and was pleased to find that the food was hot and fresh. My order was taken quickly and prepared accurately. However, the service could use some improvement. When my food was delivered, I wasn't provided with any napkins or condiments, and they weren't offered to me either. This wouldn't have been an issue if napkins and condiments were accessible at another counter or near the drink station.

When I got home to enjoy my meal and opened my fries, I discovered a fried roach or fly mixed in with my food. It made me feel nauseous, and I ended up getting sick. I've been a loyal customer my entire life, but after this experience, I don’t think I can go back.

You'll almost certainly end up with food on your clothes. Their menu is made for sitting down and savoring each bite, ideally with friends. And don’t miss out on the seasonal shake—they currently have Banana Cream Pie, which is absolutely the best!
