Customer service is everything. I almost went out twice through the attitude of the workers and shift managers. I understand a noon rush, but there is a line you work on to go orders, please say hello, we will be with you. I have never experienced this and will take it as a hard day, but hopefully a learning experience. It seemed that your employees will be quickly transferred to your customers shortly.
