Red Lobster - Humble

They were having a hard time tonight. Not enough waiters so the service is very slow. As in 30 min to place our food order, no refills on biscuits, etc. My wife made eye contact with our waiter and tried to flag her down. The waiter ignored us. I got a mixed drink and I couldn't taste any alcohol in it and didn't feel any effect over the next hour. So that was a wasted $10 drink. Also, the building's A/C was struggling so it was 78 to 80 at our table. After 1 hour, no bread refills, and no main course food, a weak drink, and nearly sweating, we paid for our drinks (manager did not comp anything) and we left. We will not be going back to this location again.

The food was very delicious, Jessi served me, she speaks Spanish and English, she was very friendly and made sure my family was well taken care of, I will ask for her the next time I go.

Chedder Biscuits yummiest as usual!! My husband ordered Choose Two Shrimp and said it was tasty. I Ordered Crab Legs with broccoli. I didn't get the before pic, but they were amazing. Very meaty!! I did get rhe aftermath. Waitress nice and efficient!

First visit at this location I came in for the Roasted Garlic Crablegs I saw on the commercial. The staff were friendly, smiling it’s a nice atmosphere. I was here before they unlocked the doors I was ready to eat. Military discount honored with ID.
