Mcalister's Deli - Humble

I came in to try a delicious salad and after carefully reviewing the menu, I decided on the pecan berry salad. It was absolutely fantastic! I’ve cut sugar from my diet and didn’t realize the salad came with candied pecans, so I didn't eat those. I’m not sure if they could be swapped for regular pecans, but it was still amazing! The very next day, I returned to try the southwest chicken and avocado salad, and it was so tasty! I can't wait to try all the other options on the menu!

I visited this restaurant and noticed that two employees behind the counter had their pants sagging down, revealing several inches of their underwear. The manager, who was wearing wrist protectors, didn't address the situation, as if it was acceptable. I definitely won't be returning.

Save your money. The sandwich was so dry that I could barely swallow it. The half order of spuds consisted of just a 2 oz bag of chips. From the employees running around with half their underwear showing to the poor quality of the food, I would recommend staying home. It's hard to believe that places like this are still in business.

Walked in the McAllister in Humble and 2 young ladies were working the registers, while a young seemed to be talking to both. When we finally were called up to order, the cashier was playing around with her phone and the young man, I had to repeat my order and she then reached out to grab the phone from the guy. We ended up walking up. Terrible customer service.

The gentleman at the counter didn't greet me. I had to speak first. The sandwich I ordered was a Memphian. It was horrible. It was just thrown together. Very messy and not very good. I ended up throwing half of the meat on it away. The meat didn't taste very fresh. I will not be going back
