Jimmy John's - Humble

I used to be a loyal customer at this restaurant, but I recently placed an order online and unfortunately my sandwiches were not made correctly. I contacted the store and spoke with Megan who initially offered to fix the sandwiches for me, but after putting me on hold for 14 minutes, she returned to the phone and informed me that the Manager, Gavin, had said they could not correct the mistake since it was my error. I am sharing this review because I falsely claimed that the mistake was their fault in hopes of receiving new sandwiches or a refund, when all I really wanted was to have my order made correctly. If you are planning to order online from this restaurant, I recommend double checking your order as mistakes may occur. Sadly, I will no longer be a customer at this location due to the actions of Manager Gavin.

This was my first time at JJ's and I was impressed. The restaurant was clean and the service was quick. We all ordered cold Italian dishes and they were delicious. The server, a friendly young man, made sure we had plenty of napkins as we ate. The extra star goes to the excellent customer service.

I love this place because it is always very clean and the service is incredibly fast! The staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Placed an order for pickup and selected cash for payment. Presented $50 for payment and it was refused. Unfortunately that was the only form of payment I had. The associates response and attitude was rude and inconsiderate. Rather than explaining where the I could find this payment notice and asking a supervisor if they could accept she simply said I’m not getting in trouble and asked a fellow associate how to cancel the order. Then she asks if I am going to come back? No I won’t be coming back again

White guy thats was working there seemed bothered as soon as I walked in, no welcome, no nothing, he looked like he was ready to go home, barely want it to help me out with my order. (It was my first time there) he just seems plain annoyed. Place looked empty, I got my sandwich. Got to my car, opened my sandwich and the bread was so hard. I took 3 bites, my jaw was hurting, no lie. I didn’t wanna go back in. I didn’t wanna bother that one dude. So I left and went somewhere else.
