Hartz Chicken Buffet - Humble

I grew up in the area and always came here to eat, but as a teenager I am gone to Dallas, and if I had the chance to come back and eat here, I would and over the years was the food really good until today that I did in the city with my wife and children and our nephews so that we came in about 6 pm and the maische potatoes tasted sour and the rice did so well, and even taste the rolls right! The Asian lady who was there did not want to give back our money Becuz she said we tasted the food we had to try to know that it was bad and could? ve ended in the hospital? terrible place and terrible management!!!

Just have our meal and the chicken tasted like OLD oil... O and the cookies were burned. This place used to be great.

Terrible tried to sell chicken from yesterday and got mad when I ask can I wait on fresh chicken she had a Terrible attitude for a manager or owner 1960 and first street. The said it would take 30 minutes for fresh chicken and the cook said it would be up in 5 minutes. So she tried to wait on everyone else and this other lady and I been ordered first, yes we were the only blacks of course.. No stars for them bad attitudes, couldn't post without 1 star

I should go lower. For once I'm a vegetarian and my family eat only chicken tenders. We decide to get the buffet. I ask for fresh chicken tenders and fish because the buffet was empty on those items -1. While waiting on the items to cook. I tried out the vegetables. They tasted just like the can they came from no seasoning of any kind -2.Once my fish arrive it was cooked too soft or should I say under cooked -3. The tenders were fine but I completely lost it when the cashier was getting gravy from the steam table for a drive thru order. Gravy ran down the side of the container and he ran his finger up the side then proceeded to put his finger with the gravy in his mouth -5. Then placed the top on the container and put it in the bag -6 .Oh I almost forgot the cashier was eating all while my food was cooking and he didn't eat from a plate but from the warming area -10. I have lost all my trust in fast food restaurants. That was really disgusting. Humble beware of the Hartz in downtown Humble.#NEVEREATATHARTZCHICKENINHUMBLETX
