It's homemade, with great texture, and flavor. Brisket was a little tough and dry, but the smoke ring was there, and so was the flavor. Sides: Good buttery/cheesy Mac'Ncheese which is more stringy than creamy, which is fine, becausewhen it comes to Mac'N cheese, it's all about the cheese. Potato salad has a mustard base, and good flavor. Collard greens havea fantastic smokey, peppery bite, but also a sweet taste that cuts down on the bitterness, which cuts down on the experience forme, (I like my greens bitter, but any BBQ joint that offers greens for a side aromatically gets my respect. Note: if I had somecornbread to crumble up in those greens, I might change my mind. I haven't worked through the menu, but I'll be stopping by formore. You should too.

The meatloaf rested on a bed of mashed potatoes with a tasty sauce that accompanied without being overbearing. With that, the smoked greens and mac cheese weredelicious. Only one thing could end a meal like that and they had it: delicious pound cake. It made me happy!
