My Husband and I placed an online order with the Chipotle Deerbrook location. My husband came home with the food, and when we opened our food, we were disgusted... read more My Husband and I placed an online order with the Chipotle Deerbrook location. My husband came home with the food, and when we opened our food, we were disgusted. Our burrito bowls were thrown together... I asked for chicken, and there was no chicken, you can see in the picture of the horrible food prep. Furthermore, they employees all had bad attitudes and looked like they didn 't want to the at work, and it showed in the way they prepared our food. I called the store back and asked to speak with a manager, she said we have to come back to get a refund, so when my husband drove back, I then receive a call saying "because this is an online order, I have to call the 1800 number, Now she could have said that over the phone, the first time, instead of having my husband drive all the way back. I did call the number, gave my complaint, and received a refund 3-5 days) . I expressed to Chipotle that the customer service was unsatisfactory. Chipotle Deerbrook was a disappointment and an inconvenience. I urge the company to take action on their employees ' customer service, and productivity.

This is my first time EVER coming to chipotle, it was a really good experience but the chips were stale and the taco.The line was not really long but right afte... read more This is my first time EVER coming to chipotle, it was a really good experience but the chips were stale and the taco.The line was not really long but right after the line was SUPER LONG behind us,the chicken was my FAVORITE PART of the meal, the chicken was chewy and I like that type of chicken, it starts of normal but after you chew the chicken it BURSTS WITH FLAVOR it was spicy but over all 4 star review.
