Thank goodness you have new staff. I have been coming here for years! The last time it was warm, smelly and the food was terrible. What Cassie Renee doesn't like about Chili's Grill:
The bartender and bar was horrible on the night of 10-29-22!! Very unfriendly, she acted like she didn't want to be there, wasn't familiar with the wine selection and dirty dishes everywhere. I would rate -0 let?s be honest guys with these reviews! Chili?s use to be my go spot for a quick meal and drink if I wanted . Today this location really made me think otherwise. After being patient with the newbie waitress came to realize my ticket wasincorrect. The manager was called and she was very rude and nonchalant and oh I said rude . Words can?t even explain myfrustration with this location. Team member s have low moral and motivation to assist the paying customers that come and tipthem for their service. The current manager there needs to go . She?s not fit for the job , Jennifer is what I was told her namewas. She did not want to adjust my ticket and talked sh.. the whole time. She got mad at her new employee for not knowing andtook it out on me. Not cool I for sure went off on her because it was not called for . This location is going down you can tell- it use to be packed, now it?s a last resort for customers. If you can?t handle the position let someone handle it and you takeanother job. Jennifer , please reconstruct yourself you are a leader your team members have no one to depend on..if you can?tfix a customers ticket then say that and let someone else handle . Very embarrassing that I had to go off on her because she hadan attitude the whole time as I was calm and cool she walked away during me explaining what was wrong on my ticket .. becauseshe didn?t want to handle it . This location, not so great. My food was brought out wrong and didn't get my new plate until my girls were done eating their food. Asked for manager after another issue with paying at table kiosk and after waiting quite awhile was told the manager was too busy to come speak with us. There was only about 20 customers in the whole restaurant, mind you, so why are you too busy to speak to us ? She finally came after I demanded, and another 15 minutes later. Won't frequent this location. Food was brought out right behind the appetizer as well so we were crammed at the table as well. Not the pleasant experience I was hoping for.
Service was good as it could be I guess. Because they had the bartender doing four jobs at one time. Taking to-go orders , waiting tables , cleaning up the area and waiting people at the bar. I really didn't like the fact they didn't help the young lady out. But the food was cold when I got and they dam near gave my order another customer until I said something. They need do a lot better.
I bought take out in the past and it was more quantity for your money spent, today not so much. Now it's like your buying a kids meal. Please give us more portion for our hard earned money that we spend to buy food from you guys. The 2 start is for quality and service.
Went here with family for dinner (9/25/22). Service was good from the wait staff but the manager was rude. So I found a hair in my food, I didn’t make a big deal out of it just asked the waitress for another. So fast forward to when we’re about to pay, we’re going over the bill and notice a few things wrong, so I asked the waitress to go over it with me and she does and she noticed that I was charged like two or three times for the food with the hair in it, and some other stuff. So I guess she tells the manager to fix my order. She comes back and said the manager isn’t taking one of the meals off (the one with the hair) but she fixed everything else.. and I was kinda of surprised, because I never asked the manager to remove it, I was still willing to pay for the full service. (I mean the right thing to do, would have been to take it off my ticket) but I guess I don’t understand the customer service business anymore. Just know we won’t be back to this location and maybe even chilis over all. The food wasn’t that great anyways. And the only reason they are even getting stars, is because the waitresses were great. Or at least the young lady we had was. Update (9/26)…. So on top of all of this, my husband and daughter both have food poisoning, my husband had the honey chipotle chicken tenders and my daughter had the Cajun shrimp pasta.
