Went to order just a sausage biscuit through the drive thru. Apparently the morning crew did not understand what that was and how much it cost when it's clearly on their menu and online. Manager confidently tried to convince me it's the same price as one with egg and cheese. I repeatedly just said to them plain no egg no cheese just a sausage biscuit. They still looked at me crazy.
I just went there to get lunch, The Maher is a very rude Hispanic lady. I asked for more ketchup and her face expression was like she was mad because I asked. You need to provide a better customer service.
My crispy chicken sandwich was raw. But Amir offered me change the item asap. He knows how to take care the business and makes customer not upset. Thanks Amir!
