Great customer service!!! Friendly crew. Great selection of Ice Cream cakes and Ice Cream flavors. Good meeting place for the family.

Ice is always good, but the employees are sometimes rude. You have added some treats that look really good. UPDATE: You have different employees when I was last there, I had GREAT Service today. The young man who helped me called STEVEN, he was so friendly, polite, redigative, engaged me in conversation more than just the normal one I can help you expect. When I asked myself to taste a taste, Steven took the additional step to make sure that I contained peanuts to make sure that I had no allergies. He smiled all the time was personable from the time we went out at the time we went out. He gave us the best experience at any Baskin Robbins location. I almost wanted to stop to BR because of the bad service rude employees before. Not only at this point, but also at the Summerwood site. Hopefully, other employees can take notes on Steven's customer service!

The two young employees who were there this evening (01/27) were so polite, helpful and their customer service was excellent. The facility was clean and tidy. My husband and I often visit this place, but tonight stood out. We saw that they were missing a long time both inside and in the drive thru without a beat.

Cake decorator name Shah was so helpful and patient with me picking out a cake for my granddaughter. She decorated the cake so beautiful!!!! I left out a happy customer and will return to this location because of her great customer service and how pretty she decorates.

This Baskin Robbins location is small but has extra seating outdoors. Apart from the ice cream they also sell a very good selection of take home items like ice cream cakes and quarts of selected ice creams. Their selection of ice cream flavors are very diverse plus you can add special topics or order special items like shakes.
