Waiting more than half an hour after the agreed hour. 5-10 minutes is ok, but more than 30 minutes is possible. The icing on the cake was that our order was incorrect, because they had given us a dish that we had not ordered, and our own dish was missing. Too bad, because the food itself is tasty, but due to the waiting time communication, you are more likely not to come back here (soon).
