Ordered by phone at 5 p.m. and were not allowed to pick up until 6:30 p.m. Arrived on time and waited more than 1 hour. Order placed, 3 hours later we received our food : Just say that you are fully booked and do not give customers an hour so that they have to wait another hour. I fully understand that the catering industry sometimes has busy days, but I also dare to report this honestly. Food: 4 Service: 1
