The cashier checked with the cook, who said no. So, over a tiny 13p tub, they lost a £5.80 sale—pretty disappointing. To make matters worse, the cook then came around and slammed the rest of my order down next to me. Definitely not great customer service.

I had an omelet (not recently, and I would never eat one from there again) that upset my stomach. My partner's pizza caused him severe stomach cramps. Our 8-year-old child ate chicken nuggets and was vomiting for 12 hours straight. Even our next-door neighbors experienced stomach issues after eating there. This wasn’t just a one-time problem—it happened on multiple occasions.
