Menu Read: Lobster Roll, on toasted roll, se... read more We were in the mood for lobster rolls so tried Hull 's Kitchen 's outside patio overlooking the beach. Big mistake! Menu Read: Lobster Roll, on toasted roll, served with coleslaw Since lobster rolls come in many different varieties, hot, cold, mayo, drawn butter etc. I asked the waitress how they were prepared, she informed 'made to order, mayo celery. ' Perfect! Just the way we like it, we ordered two, a side of fries, a beer soda water. A few minutes later our food was delivered, on my first bite I noticed a ton of chopped onions in it. The waitress was busy I was patient. When she came back I explained I was allergic to onions. She picked up the plate started walking away while I was still talking. I asked if I could order something else. Her response was Don 't you just want me to have them make you another one without onions? ‍ Sure. A few minutes later a man brought out another lobster roll started reprimanding me saying it 'was rude to the kitchen staff to send my meal back, I should 've thought twice about ordering it, they 'll have to waste that lobster roll, they can 't resell it ' etc. At this point other customers were starting because he was yelling turns out he was a manager ‍ We left money on the table walked out

Convenient cute Customer Service: Unacceptable! The waitress snapped at us when we couldn't hear her clearly and ask her again. We didn't snapped back since we don't want her to spit in our food.

The waitress were amazing... my husband and I go to alot of food truck conventions I have been to 48 states and hands down their street corn was hand down tied... read more The waitress were amazing... my husband and I go to alot of food truck conventions I have been to 48 states and hands down their street corn was hand down tied the first place on my book I differently would recommend them even the prices were normal and not jacked up!

However the food was not. The salsa was fresh, but not served as an app before our meal due to the kitchen being backed up. I got the lobster roll. I asked if it was a toasted bun. The waitress said “yes”, BUT it wasn’t toasted. They put onions in the lobster, it’s definitely not freshly made and it was not good at all. Don’t order the lobster roll.
