Dropped in for lunch while cycling between Azay and Chinon. The welcome is warm; the proprietor speaks english if you do not want to try your french out. The menu is small (and varied) but the large majority of food is claimed to be made...in house. The portions are good size. A break on our way, Jeanne d'Arc's bistro was ideal. Home, service, very correct rate. The roast camembert won in front of my appetite! I still feared for the beautiful lost Brioche. A treat
