Great store. Slow customer service counter people. Most are nice and friendly. Need to have friendlier, faster service! Ten people in-line with one customer service attendant makes people very unpleasant! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Walmart Supercenter:
Horrible customer service. They were out of propane exchange cylinders the last time I was there so I called to see if they had more in stock. We’re talking about the cage in front of the store here (not difficult). After a considerable hold time outside garden finally picked up and said “I don’t know what you’re talking about, you’re gonna have to call back later” Now it’s an hour and a half round trip to see if the... Exorbitant grocery prices, inflation not withstanding (no competition). Store is poorly stocked. Security lights in parking area on west side of store are inoperative, creating a customer safety problem.
Needs more checkers, not all people like to use self checkers
Never criticize an employee in front of customers. Brendon deserves an apology, and the managers should be held accountable.
The aisles were labeled incorrectly regarding their contents. I tried to purchase ice at the self-checkout, but they were out of stock. I then had to go to customer service to get a refund for the ice.
Shopping at Walmart has turned into a dreadful experience. I used to enjoy visiting, but now I'd prefer to go through labor than step foot inside.
