Red's Savoy Pizza - Hugo

The place was nice and the food was delicious and the service was fantastic- they no longer do buffet, sad day but still yummy food.

The pizza was piping hot and fresh you can tell they use top quality ingredients here, and the service was beyond exceptional. Will definitely be back here again soon!

I know there are some skeptical Savoy old school snobs on EVERY Savoy location saying it's not the same as the original. I AGREE the ambiance, prices, production, things change. It's hard to replicate an original anything. I worked the original, and managed a Savoy years ago. I'm a snob to I get it. The one on White Bear Ave was the closest, until today. Had some East Coast friends in town, 1 lived here 20 years ago, wanted Savoy, told her it's still great but none are like the old days....I was dead wrong. We ordered a large special and it was like I was back in 1995 again. Yes I will HAPPILY pay $30 for a pizza that fantastic. Absolutely exceeded expectations. Keith not only made me tge best Savoy I've had in 20 years, hes very personable and knowledgeable about the whole Savoy tradition and history. Thanks Keith! 10 stars.

Exceptional pizza, made to order with the best sauce, and great employees at the Hugo location where we frequent a couple times a month.

Best pizza ?. House special lots of topping, garlic pizza frie yum. Plus gives you pull tabs to win free food.
