By the time it... read more Worse burger I've ever gotten at a Braums. Everyone in front of counter was standing around talking. The young girl did come and take our order. By the time it was played for and we turned around to get drinks our order was ready. So that tells me it was premade. French fries were barely warm. Cheese on burger was ice cold. Should have sent it back. But hadn't eaten and was feeling it. This was at Braums in Hugo Oklahoma on sunday between 11 and 12. The tables were dirty. My husband said men's room was filthy.

Last time we were there, a customer had a spill, and when the elderly l... read more This location was pretty good at one time, but unfortunately, that's no longer the case. Last time we were there, a customer had a spill, and when the elderly lady brought it to an employees attention, she told the customer they were busy (they weren't)and to clean it up herself and she wasn't nice about it to say the least. The customer gathered up her granddaughter and left. Then, several of the employees stood around badly, mouthing her to the whole store.
