Subway
Description
Amid ample free parking and clearly labeled vegetarian choices, this neighborhood sandwich shop is defined by warm, attentive staff and tasty menu items but suffers from wildly inconsistent service. Guests praise helpful, friendly crew members yet report wrong orders, rude interactions, and unsanitary sandwich handling. Most alarming are persistent mothball odors that reportedly permeate bread and clothing, raising hygiene and health concerns. Worth visiting for menu variety and courteous employees, but check orders carefully and be wary of cleanliness and lingering smells.

Andres was there but himself and stood out as the epitome of what a sandwich artist is!!! Quiet and clean was definitely a plus. Definitely management material!!! Give this young man a raise!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I ordered 2 foot longs for pickup last night. When I arrived the place was empty so I know the guy wasn’t that busy when he made my sandwich’s. The bread was switched on both and neither had onions or peppers. Plus light mayonnaise apparently means only use 1/2 cup. I will not be back. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I stopped in with my family to grab some dinner. And as soon as we opened the door the overwhelming smell of mothballs hit us. The staff was amazing. They did their best to be helpful and take care of us. We finished our business and stepped down the street to the Family Dollar. The smell of mothballs was so strong on us the cashier could smell it. By the time we got home, it was so overwhelming we all had to change our clothes. We sat down and tried to eat. However even the bread had absorbed the smell of the mothballs. The little bit that I ate ended up giving me mothball flavored and scented sour stomach. It's been almost 24 hours and I can still smell it. I'm not sure what they've got going on that they need to be using mothballs like that. However, I think they ought to consider an alternative method. That's not quite so hazardous to people's health. I feel so bad for those employees, that can't be good for them.
