You simply order a plate of one or more categories (tinned seafood, cured meats, cheese, etc. and you see what you get. Note: The Spaniards still love their meat (and fish so if you want more cheese than meat, you need to say so. We ordered cured meats and cheese and only 4 pieces of manchego despite the great selection of cheese on the menu. The cured meats were nevertheless delicious!
