My experience here was good, from the service I received over the phone when I was in charge. the dame was friendly and helpful when I asked her huge cupcake cake order a red with huge cupcake and it was so delicious. not every place can make red velvet with this beautiful, pronounced taste, but this is up there!

I'm in two minds about Bella's. I liked it but didn't love it. We tried a vanilla custard cupcake, peanut butter and nutella, and salted caramel. The vanilla was the most enjoyable. The peanut butter and nutella didn't taste anything like nutella. The icing was yum but the peanut butter inside (which was a nice touch) tasted a bit cheap. The caramel on my salted caramel cupcake was a bit sickly sweet for me. The cakes themselves were quite nice but for $4 each, I think I'd prefer to go elsewhere. I bought six in total, taking some to a friends place so I'm not sure how they tasted. Not a bad experience but not the best cakes I've had.

Great cupcakes! Great service, will definitely be back. They have a large fresh range with gluten free options as well. The pricing is a little steep but always is for cupcakes I suppose!

Would not go back even if I was paid to!! pre-ordered and prepaid a 1st birthday cake for my daughter and went to pick up. The girl at the cashier looked worried asking me what the cake looked like and if I had paid in advance. She went into the kitchen and then walked back out saying there was no order put in for my cake!!! Apparently the bosses knew nothing about it. They asked me to wait around 1 hour for them to whip up some cupcakes. Not even a cake!!! Absolutely unprofessional.

As someone with an insatiable sweetot I am always on the hunt for good cupcakes! about this place mute when they explore a afternoon with the chandeliers. the service was a little not to be honest. I have thrown a few different cupcakes in a too big box, so slide them everywhere. it wasn't even offered a bag to carry them in the cake itself, but were not too bad. very light and airy. I wouldn't say they were the best I had, but they weren't the worst. although the price and service probably means that I am not back.
