Open at the end of 2016 next to the square of the nuns, the great restaurant is already a reference in the city where to enjoy a gastronomy based on the quality of the product, but giving it an innovative touch and, above all, with a good value for the money, the place is decorated in a modern plan, with lots of wood in clear shades (which give it a lot of lightness) and brick seen. Moreover, it has a terrace on the street, in the pedestrian “Gran Via” its menu offers a wide variety of tapas and dishes to share, such as a thousand eggplants and goat cheese, smoked sardinilla tote in natural tomato and avocado, foie with pistachio cover, gorgonzola croquettes, spinach and pineapple, orange cake with waffle,

Inaugurado a finales de 2016 junto a la Plaza de las Monjas, el Restaurante Gran Vía UNO es ya todo un referente en la ciudad donde disfrutar de una gastronomía basada en la calidad del producto, pero dándole un toque innovador y, sobre todo, con una buena relación calidad-precio. El local está decorado en plan moderno, con mucha madera en tonos claros (que le dan mucha luminosidad) y ladrillo visto. Aparte, tiene una terraza en la calle, en la peatonal “Gran Vía”. Su carta ofrece una gran variedad de tapas y platos para compartir, como Milhojas de berenjenas y queso de cabra, Tosta de sardinilla ahumada sobre tomate natural y aguacate, Foie con cobertura de pistachos, Croquetas de gorgonzola, espinacas y piñones, Tartar de atún con guacamole, alga wakame, y cebolla encurtida, Pulpo a la brasa, o el original Choco con naranja. Tiene además una pizarra donde se anotan las sugerencias del día, además de arroces, carnes y pescados. Conviene reservar.
Uno de los mejores Arroces negros que he probado, gran calidad.
