What User likes about Tinh Thuc:
I arrived after the restaurant had closed, but they initially refused to serve me. I then went to a nearby vegan restaurant, but found it to be dirty and unsanitary. Disappointed, I went back to Thin Thuc where they served me a delicious meal of rice with mock meat, sweet soup, all for only 14,000 VND.
