The employees at this place work so hard and I am so thankful they are open. There are tables to keep everyone at a safe distance from the food, the employees always wear masks, and there is tape on the ground 6 feet apart for people to stand. For someone who is terrified of this virus, it is great to see. I just wish the other customers took it more seriously and had masks View all feedback.

Ordered 3 combos online while at work, had son pick them up. Chips and drink weren't included but we're picked and paid for. Called to get refund for the combos or items not received. Was told they cannot refund those individual items that only entire order could be refunded. And since one of the subs were eaten, that we would not ne getting a free meal. We did not want a free meal, I want the money I paid for items I didn't receive. So your buisness' solution is to just keep my money? Sounds like theft. Plus, order was also messed up. Comical and lack of form of customer service. Also always items out of stock. Go to any other subway. Avoid here.
The staff made it clear they cared. It can be a hectic place so I'm always impressed when they can still share a smile.
The boys working on this night around 6:30 were hustling so hard! They were very busy and had orders backed up, but each of them held their own and were very respectful. I waited about 15 minutes even though my online order showed complete so I came in. They responded to it very well and just kept grinding. Appreciate the hustle boys, keep grinding.
Placed an online order, waited the appropriate time, showed up, they didn't even start our subs. I thought online offers pts you in line at their moment the order was placed. Apparently they don't understand that.
Jake does a great job and is very friendly. I am going through Cancer so 1 visit we got a free meal. The next visit he asked how I was out of concern.
