I usually visit this restaurant to get coffee, but I was very unhappy today. I also purchased some cheese rolls, but after paying, the cashier gave me cold, frozen cheese rolls. I wonder why they do not warm them up before serving? She also mentioned that one of them was broken. It would be better if they informed the customer about any issues before accepting payment, to avoid disappointing them. Thank you. View all feedback.

This Starbucks(R) is one of the better I have been to. Great tasting coffees, teas, and cold beverages and great staff to boot! The service seems faster at this locale then others and I enjoy that. It is also conviently in a Meijer, for added awesome.
