Jimmy John's - Hudsonville

Only 1 star because you have to give at least one star. As many understand staffing shortages etc I whole heartly respect every business and employee however when the drive thru person doesn't speak grunts at you and points at signs rather than answering gives wrong food out without a bag even) and upon calling the manager didn't want to even fix the issue and unable to deliver when they offer delivery . Currently disabled and took alot out of me just to get there and couldn't handle pain to go back . Will never return and will make sure to get this review as many places as possible.

Great sandwich and chips. Wasn't as good as normal because I ordered an unwich. I missed my bread.

I ordered an undo, and it was mostly salad with just a small piece of meat. I asked for wobbles, which they did give me, but the pickles were missing and it was also very dry. I'm really disappointed!

I had never visited Jimmy John's before, but the staff were incredibly friendly and assisted me in finding what I wanted. While they may not have as many options as Subway, the food tasted much fresher, so I didn’t mind at all! The service was quick, even though I took my time deciding. I’ll definitely be returning!

This location really needs some significant improvement in the employee department; even the managers seem indifferent.
