Once you place your order, you move to window #1, where you’re left waiting while they cram the cars behind you. Only after what feels like forever do they finally ask you to pay. It’s clear the staff is trying to manipulate the system to keep the wait time at window #2 down, which only adds to the annoyance.

We order 2 impossible burgers with cheese got home and got normal whoppers and no cheese! Went back a few weeks later ordered 2 more. This time looked at the wrapper which shows impossible burger. Thought it was set until I got home and no cheese. I understand we make mistakes yet they need to make up for the incorrect order.
We waited 15 min for our food, then my husband had a long hair in his food. Not cool Burger King, not cool....
Told I had to wait five minutes for my fish. Great hot fresh fish. Wrong! I live six blocks away and had to microwave them because they were cold. Not the first time this happened.
Just walked in a 9:22 and the guy behind the grill says Are you fucking kidding me people? He was upset I came in... I asked if they were still open threw down some utensils and walked to the back... I walked out after this since I wasn't comfortable with this person making me food
This location has gone down hill fast, and that is the only thing fast about it. Drive thru orders are typically missing items, made wrong or have been sitting around. Went back to get items replaced , talked to the manager who was very friendly but the worker behind the kitchen area heard that our order was incorrect and not fresh said yeah, well we suck . Ok, glad she did her own review of their quality. 1 star only because their manager is helpful
