Chick-fil-a - Hudson Oaks

Order our food online, and the service is the worst. At least the day my husband and I went. If you want to sit and wait, come to this location.

What a great day it was not to stop and eat at this location! We stopped by looking to have a chicken salad sandwich that Chick Fil A used to have on its menu, they no longer have it. Ok so we pick some thing else my husband gets a spicy chicken sandwich meal and I got the chicken wrap meal. Much to my surprise it was literally a box of lettuce with a fried chicken breast hidden amongst the pile of lettuce in a box. We then inquired if this is what the chicken lettuce wrap was, she said yes. That was pitiful, so I asked the young lady for a chicken sandwich with lettuce tomato onion mayonnaise and a pickle, she brings back ONLY a very see through slice of tomato in a cup with a lid, are you freekin kidding me??? I went inside and spoke with her manager, she said she doesn 't really know if this is what I ordered she 'd have to get with her kitchen manager. This is not a well run nor well trained fast food restaurant. Too have a manager that knows almost nothing about what 's going on in her establishment and gives you a look of I don 't really care when confronted with unhappy customers that should speak volumes about what we eat from a place like this! I did get a refund on the find the fried chicken in the lettuce in this box . Food is way too expensive like everything else, normally I would have just moved on but the tomato in a cup really did me in! Service sucks but prices of everything goes up and I 'm no one cares...

Slick as an oyster, and fast as a Tesla Plaid, the Chik-fil-A bunch just always delivers with a certain calm demeanor , that tells you they are confident about the food they are serving you. This location is so slow in the mornings. If you are in a rush to grab a bite to eat before you go to work do not go to this location. The Weatherford location is a lot faster. You would think the employees would have more consideration when it comes to the morning shift as a lot of customers have to get to work on time. I have been here multiple times in the morning and it’s the same every time I come through. I have seen employees Standing in the drive-through window, just chitchatting and not handing out food. They do not seem like they are in a rush at all. Like I have previously fainted above, this has been multiple occasions I have come through the drive-through. There does not seem to be a good system, and I do believe that this shift needs more training. I will gladly remove my review whenever service gets better.

Sandwich special orders were wrong. Fries were cold and soggy.
