While the atmosphere is lively and welcoming, opinions on the food vary widely. Diners report bland flavors across several dishes, including eggs and burritos, often requiring seasoning to enhance taste. Some enjoyed the Italian wedding soup and flavorful beverages, while others were disappointed by cold fries or burnt toast. Service remained a highlight, noted for its friendliness and efficiency, making for a pleasant dining experience despite the culinary letdowns. Ultimately, visitors may want to set their expectations accordingly.
Delicious food! The ambiance was great and the staff was wonderful. I really enjoyed the eggs bruschetta with eggs cooked over easy. The hash browns on the side were a tasty addition. My only issue was with the nitro cold brew, which had a sour and unpleasant taste. Even the cream foam on top was sour. However, we did try extra cold foam on the side, which was delicious. It seems to be a matter of personal preference, as some reviewers have enjoyed the cold brew. Overall, a fantastic experience with delicious food.
Recently reopened after a renovation, this location is now looking very nice inside. However, it can get a bit loud due to the hard surfaces that don't absorb sound. I visited for breakfast on a Thursday morning. The waitress was attentive and quick, and my table was clean. I ordered hash browns and toast, which were served warm and tasty. Overall, a good choice for a standard breakfast meal.
The service was excellent, the menu was unchanged, but the atmosphere was refreshed. Our party of 9 was promptly and effectively served. The food arrived piping hot. The restaurant has undergone a renovation, giving it a new look. The open kitchen concept was appealing, but the rest of the decor was a bit eclectic. The menu remained the same, which wasn't necessarily a negative.
So I have been trying to eat on their ROOF patio for OVER A YEAR now, at 60, it’s on my bucket list. Last year when I called they said they had a bee infestation up there. Then I called this year and there was construction going on blowing dust up there so it was closed. They told me to call back in 2 weeks. I waited a full 3 weeks and called after my camping trip, and was told that it was open again. I just made plans with my friend to eat there at 2 pm today, and called to make sure before we went that there was not another problem, only to learn that now they can’t accommodate me because they are low staffed. Come on people, the next excuse I will get, which will be my 4th now, will be now we’re closed up there for the season.
They are far too expensive for what they offer. The cooks are very very bad. They soak, drench and dip EVERYTHING in butter. My family and I eat here only when other family members choose to meet there. We always get sick and have stomach issues afterwards. The food is just awful. The atmosphere is ok and the wait staff is meh inside. Outside, you can expect to be ignored completely. Haven’t sat at the bar yet so idk about that. Poor food.
