Great little taco truck! Had lunch here for the first time today, the chorizo is full of flavor but not too spicy, and you get a good amount for the price. Friendly staff, just dont blink or you will miss it. Its on the corner of 19 and New York ave. If you are traveling north its hidden by a building. I truly don't understand how anyone can leave a positive review about this food truck. If you like tacos,with absolutely no fixings at all. Except for a pound of cilantro other than that, you get no Sour cream. You get no black Olive, you get no lettuce. Or you get is a taco full of low-grade chopmeatThat I'm not sure isn't dog. I think it's a deep fried taco but they are amazing if you stop try it.
We got a beef burrito chicken quesadilla and nachos. Absolutely loved everything food was great fast staff was friendly nice seating area for me my girlfriend and our dog. No complaints ill probably be back next week!

I’ve been to Mexico, I’ve also lived on border towns in Texas… but I have not had pork/carnitas birria tacos anywhere in the world like I had at Mexican cravings in Hudson . From the queso birra tacos to their carne asada (that’s all I order lol ? todo aquí son rico! Everything on the menu is amazing and will definitely satisfy your Mexican Cravings ?.I got the pleasure of being able to speak to the owner only to praise his cooking. And after talking to him i found out how much pride he has in having his authentic Mexican taste. He definitely takes his times on the little things to perfect it. Therefore, if your craving some Mexican food then you definite need to order what I did at Mexican Cravings. You won’t be disappointed!
