Mallory's Restaurant Rooftop Bar

The rooftop terrace was perfect for conversation, and we had a fantastic table for our group of eight. The service was outstanding, and both the drinks and burgers were excellent.

The hostess seemed quite rushed and scattered, even though the front was not busy at all. As for the meal, it was decent and tasted good, but the filet mignons were disappointingly small, resembling hockey pucks. Typically, we receive a lovely side of baby potatoes with the filet, but this time we were served a sad little half carrot. It felt like the restaurant might have been cutting corners with the vegetables, and we were not impressed with the quality of the meal overall. We usually choose Mallory for excellent food and service, but this experience did not meet those expectations.

I made a reservation a week in advance, but it was changed to a later time, which wasn’t ideal. We were offered free dessert and drinks, but after we finished our meal, there was nothing else provided. I was really disappointed with our dinner experience, although the meal itself was good.

It was New Year’s Eve, so we knew it would be busy. They did a great job of checking on us even thou the kitchen was backed up. The food was very good, 2 of us had steak and other chicken. Very nice place special menu for the night. A bit pricey but a holiday night.

We enjoyed the prime rib and salmon entrees. Excellent service!
