Little Caesars Pizza - Hudson

I am a customer who is curious about your policy when it comes to ordering pizza online for delivery. I placed an order, the payment was taken, and the online tracker showed that the pizza was on its way. However, the tracker stopped working and I never received my pizza. I tried calling but no one answered, and the voicemail was full. I found out that the restaurant was closed, and now I am very hungry and annoyed. I am still waiting for my pizza and wondering what your policy is for situations like this. Thank you, Customer Curious.

I called this restaurant today on 3/17/24 and was informed that they were not taking orders over the phone because they were short-staffed and only had 3 people working. The person I spoke to said they were about to clock out. I was trying to place a large order for a birthday party, so I will be going somewhere else. If you answer the phone, you should be able to take an order.

I always have a great experience at this Little Caesars! They always cook my pizza just the way I like it (well done), which isn't always the case at other places. The store is clean, the staff is friendly and provides excellent customer service.
