Green Gables - Hudson

I need to be local and have easy access, but that doesn't mean a one-star restaurant located in a remote area deserves three or four stars just because of its location...

Green Gables serves the best cheeseburger I've ever tasted. Seriously, it's consistently outstanding. You won't be disappointed. The burger is perfectly cooked and has that wonderful smashed quality.

Overall, it was a pretty good experience. The burgers were tasty, though not extraordinary—just solidly good. There were plenty of delicious fried foods to choose from, so you definitely won't leave feeling hungry. I ended up eating more than I intended!

Burgers, burgers, burgers! If you don't like Green Gables Burger, then you're really missing out. There's something special about their grill and the perfectly seasoned patties that make for some of the best burgers around. I truly miss them! Enjoy, Blo-No.

While the restaurant itself may not be particularly exciting and is somewhat out of the way, the double cheeseburger priced at $3.29 is surprisingly better than many burgers I've had at more upscale places that charge three times as much. Green Gables truly offers great value!
