I'm something from a Dunkin Donuts connoisseur and I'll say that the Black Cow site in Hudson New Hampshire is the best place I was in. I'm going past another place to get my coffee out of here. Even if I have to wait a little longer in the line in the experience, it makes worth it. Cleanliness and kindness go to my book. Keep the good work ladies. View all feedback.
What Judy Mank doesn't like about Dunkin':
I 'd like to say that I love this dunks, my 1 star has nothing to do with the beverages, food or most of the staff, but today I witnessed a horrible thing that a manager did today. She 's a newer manager, blondish hair. A gentleman in line ordered, his billwas like 9.80..gave manager 40.00 and said pay it forward. Next in line girl order was like 12 something. I just visited this location and found the staff to be very friendly. It's the highest-rated Dunkin' Donuts in the area where I was (I placed my order online and chose to drive a bit farther to this one since the others didn't have great reviews). My order was ready and waiting for me. Thank you!
The coffee here is fantastic, but Google has the wrong information; they close at 7 PM, not 8 PM.
I want to express my love for this Dunkin, but my one-star rating has nothing to do with the beverages, food, or most of the staff. Today, I witnessed a disturbing incident involving a new manager with blondish hair. A gentleman in line ordered and his bill was around $9.80. He gave the manager $40 and said to use it to pay it forward. The next customer, a young girl, had an order totaling about $12. Instead of paying it forward, the manager pocketed the money. It was absolutely appalling, especially since the young girl was left confused, asking, “I thought this was a pay-it-forward moment?” This incident occurred on 9/24/22 around 8:45 am. Fortunately, to her credit, the girl ended up paying it forward for the lady behind her. It's disheartening to see such unprofessional behavior from a manager.
Best made Dunkin beverages is at this location, and we've been to many a Dunks. Quick service, ordered ahead.
Great when a certain employee doesn't decide to close up early, yet mobile orders are still going through. More than one occasion, same employee. Tired of paying for nothing.
