Dunkin' - Hudson

No matter what, this Hudson dunkin is still my favorite! I grew up here in Hudson and no matter the staffing issues or what..I always get treated right and they always fix the problems I might have! ? good job

They always make mistakes when preparing my order, some ingredient is missing in the drinks or my food

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE! There’s a rude man with glasses that works there, he doesn’t allow you to finish ordering and tells you the total. In other words, he doesn’t want you to order anymore. I asked him for 4 coffees and told him nice and clear and still gave me the wrong order. He’s terrible for business. I wouldn’t hire him to work for me, this Dunkin Donuts is loosing lots of money. He claims he’s the supervisor. That’s a joke!

Nothing edible in sight, zero baked goods without eggs besides a bagel you can just get at a grocery

The manager is super friendly! My order is always made correctly! Absolutely love coming here on my way to work ?Kid-friendliness: I bring my son in and they are always so nice to him!
