Country Pride - Hudson

This restaurant is a significant improvement over the truck stop that used to occupy the space. It's extremely clean, offers attentive personal service, and while the menu is limited, I believe it's better to focus on doing a few things exceptionally well than to offer a wide range of mediocre options.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The waitress was extremely friendly, which added to the enjoyment of my visit. I tried the sausage cookies, and they tasted like they had just come out of the oven—absolutely delicious! The sausages were perfectly cooked, and the eggs were prepared just the way I like them. Overall, my experience was outstanding, and I will definitely return when I get the chance. They also offer amazing milkshakes that you can customize by mixing flavors, like berry and chocolate, upon request.

Outstanding service! The prices are remarkably low, and the food is served warm in generous portions.
