Cold Stone Creamery - Feedback

What MenuPix User doesn't like about Cold Stone Creamery:
NOT happy! I called 2 days in advance to order a custom Birthday cake, and get a phone call 1 1/2 hour before pick-up, stating they can’t make the cake because they ran out of the frosting for the cake. I've been at Cold Stone for almost 5 times and all the experiences were great. Most of the items are cheap and when lines are long they go fast. The aromas are beautiful and the staff are welcoming and energetic. When you type them, they sing every song you choose on the list. I recommend getting to Cold Stone because it's amazing.
