How can you consistently run... read more I'm giving 4 stars because this location is rarely open, and when it is, they're often out of chicken or waiting on more to arrive. How can you consistently run out of chicken when it's your main product? Whoever manages this place, your team is clearly struggling. This is the fourth time I've experienced the same issue here. Better planning is definitely needed.

H... read more I really enjoy Bojangle's, but I had a frustrating experience today. I placed an order through the app at 11:38, and it said my order would be ready by 11:42. However, I ended up waiting in the curbside pickup for about 30 minutes, noticing that they were quite busy. When the app prompted me to call the store, I did, but I got no answer after five attempts. I watched the car next to me receive their order just as I was about to head inside. The employee made eye contact with me, leading me to believe that I would be served next since there was no one else waiting in those pickup spots. However, I ended up waiting another 20 minutes without any response on the phone. When I finally went inside and stood in line, I met another customer who had also been waiting over 45 minutes for his online order. After some back and forth while they searched for mine, I was handed a bag that had clearly been sitting out for a while. When I opened it, I could tell the food was cold. I mentioned this to the employee, but she just kept apologizing for no one informing her that my order was ready or that I was outside. There was no acknowledgment of my cold food. At that point, I was fed up and decided to leave because I felt ignored. When I got home, I discovered that both of my biscuits were missing the cheese I had paid 60 cents extra for. I was able to fix my drink after spilling it, but overall, I am extremely disappointed! This was a complete waste of both my time and money.
