No big deal, so I... read more Went to Arby's in Hudson with my girlfriend who is celiac. We just asked for the cheesesteak on lettuce no bun. Just got the meat and cheese. No big deal, so I went up and asked for a side of lettuce and the lady was rude about it. Gave me the containerwith some lettuce and toss it on the counter hastily and walked towards the window.

Have extra time for staff to help you being the only customer in the store and nobody in the drive through. The staff didn't even acknowledge presence nor make eye contact during order. Bummer! Take care of this manager! Itisn't a staffing issue. It is a staff issue.
