This place serves the best roasted chicken—I even told Chef Charlie! The side dishes are fantastic too. You can get a whole chicken (serving four) for just $32, which is only $8 per person! Where else can you find freshly made fried chicken accompanied by homemade coleslaw and cookies? That said, the rest of the menu is equally delicious. The Steak Tartare is excellent, and the Whole Trout is fresh and light. The cocktails are well-prepared and not overly complicated. Aaron, our server, made the evening enjoyable by reminding us of New Year’s and engaging us in a fun conversation. Aeble truly deserves high praise for its food, service, and atmosphere. As locals, we’re thrilled to have such a great dinner spot nearby. If you're in town, don’t miss out!
