Beautiful place for a meal or afternoon tea in the city center of huddersfield. it is located in the crypt of a church and quite popular throughout the day. the big breakfast and cappuccino I got was really delicious. they have included entertainment evenings with meal throughout the year. it also has a load and toilet. the personal is very pleasant and efficient.
Love that it is under a church. every time I go to hoddersfield, I'm always at the end of my lunch. plus I have found that on Saturday after twelve they have some old kerle playing piano and it is actually quite soothing and different to have lunch with a bit jazz in the background lol would definitely recommend!
The best place to eat in the city, any meal we had was delicious, they have the most friendly staff and reasonable price. we have been here regularly since we discovered it last year. the atmosphere is great even if it is busy. the food is served quickly and the menus are full of tasty. desserts are fab and portions are generous, sometimes we struggle to make space for them! if we are ever starving in the city, that is where we go, and would recommend it to everyone.

There is also seating outside with great views of the church itself. The food was gorgeous, and reasonably priced for a luxury experience. There's a great range of food suitable for any meal, breakfast, brunch, lunch, even afternoon tea! They also have a little food shop in the entrance with local brands of sweets, biscuits and various jams and sauces.
