Booked a table at 2pm online, where we were told they needed the table back at 4pm. We arrived literally a couple of minutes late due to traffic and we were greeted by a rude member of staff who told us the kitchen had closed! When I asked why they have a table available for a booking at 2pm if the kitchen is closes at the same time, the same member of staff said “we were late” and basically kicked us out. Garbage customer service and booking policy. Can’t comment on the food as we didn’t get any!
