Closes Thursday’s at noon for BOGO ? Update this location closes for literally any excuse. They are closed today I’m assuming for the eclipse but the website says they are open and they are all just standing outback laughing at all the cars who drive up

I don't visit Starbucks often. I took Mom with me recently and specifically asked for Almond milk for her drink. As we got down the road, she realized they used regular milk for her coffee. Good thing she didn't have an allergy! Management needs to stress the importance of following specific requests of the customer! OR, maybe next time I'll just take Mom somewhere else where the employees actually care about what they do.

Whoever the guy was making coffee today was awful. Only the girls are any good here.

They tried to scam us out of $20 by adding on items when our order should've only been $25 but it was 40 the man clearly knew he was wrong but was stubborn and the lady behind him had an attitude and gave no cares in the world on customer service. I will never be coming back and will not recommend to
