What Anthony doesn't like about Steak 'n Shake:
The best thing about this location is the prices. Everything else is hit or miss/mediocre. Most of the time the fries are not cooked properly and still somewhat raw. Never crispy or cooked properly and the food is pretty much all like that. They really need to raise their standards. View all feedback.
Love the frisco melt and onion rings. Good friendly fast service.

We went thru the drive-in at about 4:45. The girl, Willow, who took our order was very polite. I even complimented her on it when we pulled around to the window. What food we go was good. But they forgot my hotdog which I paid $4.45 for. We didn’t notice until we got home and I tried three times to call and no one answered the phone. I ended up eating a bowl of cereal for supper. You know what Joe Pechi said, “they screw you at the drive-thru”.
