You will not get much options for meal in Huaraz other than Pizza, local and Italian food so Chilli Heaven is quite good alternative. I went there for lunch and it was pretty quiet. The food was quite good, considering it was a curry in a remote place like Huaraz! The service was not the fastest but I'd rather having my meal prepared properly.
