So this is a complete new title of my first review. The first was more about the pandemic and the store. It's about the workers. On the other day I went to the ladies' room in the early afternoon. A mess as usual and someone's fake eyelashes float in the sink. EW! So I told the woman in the register to ask a manager to clean this up. Now this is the woman with brown hair and glasses in the register that does not know how to smile. She looks at me. I was back then and the eyelashes were still there. I told the manager, a nice guy, he'd take care of it. Every time I had a problem, he was nice to hear me. I feel for the evening manager because he has his job and has to pick up the slip from the afternoon shift. It's not just here, but in many places since the pandemic. Many people do the mere minimum when it comes to their work. There is very little good work ethics more. People have to work again because they don't get all the free money anymore.
I called and had a few questions and the guy hung up mid question on Friday night at 2:55am it was extremely disrespectful considering I was asking about what they had in stock before coming in.
Upon visiting Wawa #955 today 05/25/22 One of the gas attendance A 18-year-old was completely rude and disrespectful confronting me for looking at him while I have my two-year-old toddler in the car I wonder how many other mothers get greeted by him this way I felt completely threatened
Between the ignorant lady at the counter having an attitude about me having 100$ and the fact they don?t have change for 100$ bill is a joke. Hope your morning and experience with the nasty lady behind the counter. I will not be going back
Old Lady at register with blonde hair just totally talk to me with no customer service. I 'd definitely prefer a broken machine. I scanned my coffee at the self check out and it wouldn 't go through. While I was waiting they rung up someone who was in linebehind me and no one said hey we have a customer at self checkout. So I went over to the Register after waiting for help. Shecontinued to be annoyed now I have to call a manager and said to the earpiece that the customer must have scanned it wrong. .I walked out I was over it. They l ost my money.
