Qdoba Mexican Eats - Howell

I love Qdoba and I have to give a special shout out to the nice girl who hooked me up with the fajita veggies. They were out of them when I ordered my burrito, but I mentioned how much I love them. My fiancé paid for our meal and I got my drink while the veggies were being cooked. When I went to get my drink, she had my bowl ready for me and gave me a generous serving. This Qdoba is one of my favorite places to eat because everything is always perfect and the staff are always friendly. Shoutout to everyone who works here, you all do a great job, keep up the good work!

During my work travels, I have visited over 20 different Qdoba locations over the years. Out of all my experiences, this particular one stood out as the best. The staff was efficient and friendly, the restaurant was very clean, and the food was delicious. Typically, the quality of chips at Qdoba can be hit or miss, but these were the best I've had. It's clear that the management at this Qdoba is doing an excellent job.

So I've never been to Qdoba before, but I hunted a steak. The young man who took my order told me they were from Steak. He took his time and went to me the other proteins when I arrived at the window. Then he was generous enough and gave me a sample taste on the pulled pork and the ground beef. I chose the pulled pig. This young man was a breath of fresh air. So direct and friendly with his apology and help. I spent most of my life for the cheesecake factory as an executive cook and could not believe that a young man could be so professional, so close to the closing time. Where most places just try, either hurry out or serve you something that is nothing like the description. John S was so professional that my mind was blown. All I can say is thank you John and continue to meet standards with your job and life. I'm back to Qdoba and thank you again young man.

Mitchell was extremely helpful and professional. When I inquired about the seafood being cooked with certain ingredients, he promptly asked if I had any allergies. Once he learned that I did, he immediately changed gloves and washed his hands. The food was delicious and the restaurant was very clean. I would rate my experience a 5 out of 5.
